Barbara (Black) Fox was born January 31, 1951 to Durward Walter Black and Melva Eileen (Guthrie) Black in Pomona, CA. After a nearly 20 year battle with breast cancer Barbara passed through the veil to eternity on December 23, 2020 at 1138 pm in Apple Valley, CA. She thought she had it beaten several times, but in the end it won the war.

She is survived by her Husband of nearly 47 years Jack, six children, BrieAnne Fox, Andrew Chase Fox, Cerise Nicole Smith, Grant Taylor Fox, Brigham Wayne Fox and Molly Elizabeth Fulcher and seventeen grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Elizabeth Fuller and two brothers Duane Black and Kenneth Black.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents. We have great faith in the Great Plan of Salvation authored by our Heavenly Father and brought to pass by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We know that we will be together as a sealed family for all eternity. While this separation is difficult, it will only be for a small moment. Families Are Forever.

Graveside services will be held at Purple Cane Cemetery North of North bend, Nebraska in the near future.
