Barbra J. Rohde, 80 years, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont. NE. She was born on November 24, 1940 in Pender, NE to Clarence and Katherine ZellaAnn (Bourelle) Riggs.
She was born in Pender, but resided in Walthill, NE, Sioux City, IA, and Norfolk NE. She was married to “Art” Johns, they later divorced. Barbra met Jack Rohde in Osmond, NE and they married on September 16, 1988 in Plainview. They moved to Fremont in 2005. She was a self-employed daycare provider for many years.
Barbra is survived by her husband, Jack; daughter, Carla Johns of Fremont; step-daughter, Kelly (Bruce) Breiner of Norfolk; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, “Art Johns”; son, Brad Johns; daughter, DaNel Blunck; 3 brothers; and 5 sisters.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 2P.M., Saturday, February 27th, 2021 at the D.A.V., 137 North D Street, Fremont, NE.
