Delores “Lori” Meugniot, 85, of Gretna, NE, formerly of Ashland, NE and Fremont, NE, passed away, March 17, 2022, at Bellevue Medical Center.

Lori was born August 18, 1936, in San Jose, California, to Earl and Blanche (Morrison) Beem. She resided in Arlington, NE and Fremont before moving to Ashland for 30 years. She married Gary Meugniot on December 27, 1993, in Douglas County. He preceded her in death on February 22, 2019. Lori moved to Gretna in 2019.

Lori enjoyed spending time painting and artwork. As a “Loriett”, she taught baton twirling earlier in life.

Lori is survived by her 3 sons, Tim (Cheri) Kimball of Bellevue, Bob (Dianne) Kimball of Omaha, and Mike (Renee) Kimball of South Dakota; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; daughter in law, Verna Kimball.

Lori was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gary; son, Patrick Kimball; brother, Forest Beem; and sister, Mavis Leonard.

Private family service will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.
