Dusty G. Grashorn, age 34 of Fremont, Nebraska passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022 at his home. He was born October 4, 1987 in Wayne, NE to Lonny and Cathy (Longe) Grashorn.

Dusty grew up at Wayne and lived there until moving to Fremont in 2014. He enjoyed Astronomy, science and history, and he knew the bible frontwards and backwards. Dusty was an accomplished pool player and played in many tournaments.

He is survived by daughters at home, Chloe, Lilie and Kinzlee Grashorn; sister, Tanya Grashorn of Fremont; mother, Cathy (Jon) Kern of Montana; grandmother, Donna Grashorn of Fremont; nieces and nephews, Damian, Annie and Dakota Hopkins, and Angel Nelson.

Dusty was preceded in death by his father; grandfather; aunt and uncle Lori and Randy Meyer, and aunt Lisa Meyer.

Funeral service will be 10 A.M., Monday, January 24, 2022 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Rev. Scott Jensen will officiate. Please come as you are, no need to dress up, per Dusty’s request. Interment will be later in the afternoon at Pleasant View Cemetery in Winside, NE.
