Marion O. "Junior" Shuster Jr., 77, of Fremont, NE went to be with the Lord after battling Parkinson’s Disease on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Methodist Fremont Health.

Junior was born at Fort Ord Army Hospital on February 16, 1943 to Marion O. Sr. and Selma (Sadd) Shuster in Monterey, CA. He grew up in Nebraska and went to Wisner High School. On September 12, 1964, he married Betty Gustafson. To their marriage 2 children were born. Junior has resided in Fremont since 1966. He worked as a Master plumber and owned and operated Shuster's Plumbing.

Junior loved his family and would do anything he could for them. He enjoyed taking his 1933 Ford Coupe to car shows, gardening, and visiting friends. Junior had a funny sense of humor and loved to joke around.

Junior was a member of the Plumbers Union Local 16 and retired in 2005. Junior was a member of First Baptist Church in Fremont.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Shuster; and signficant other, Lorie Wermers.

He is survived by his daughter, Patrice (Jeff) Wallace; son, Douglas (Rose) Shuster; siblings, Tom (Sheryl) Shuster, Selene (Lonny) Schulz, Dick (Rona) Shuster, Kenny (Micky) Shuster; sister-in-law, Brenda (Tim) Krupka; and grandson, Derek Shuster.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Patrice and Doug so sorry about the loss of you dad, he was a very good man he alway loved kidding around with Brian and I, he was so very proud of both of you in everything you have accomplished, and we know he was so proud of being a grandpa to Derek he alway talked about where everyone was and how they are doing, you saw a twinkle in his eye when you brought up Derek... let us know if there is anything we can do. love alway Brian and Sherry Wiese

I was lucky enough to meet Marion early in my plumbing career. He was a source of plumbing information and snarky jokes.
He was always good to work around and offered much help, which I needed early on. He will be greatly missed.
